We all know that we should take care of ourselves, but sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. Luckily, there are lots of self-care trends popping up these days that can help us relax and recharge. From yoga to unplugging, here are some of the best ways to take care of yourself!
1. Take a break from social media
2. Schedule time for yourself to do something you enjoy
3. Keep your bedroom tidy and organized so that it’s an inviting place to sleep
4. Eat more fruits and vegetables, less processed foods, sweets, and junk food
5. Drink plenty of water – 8 glasses per day is recommended
6. Exercise regularly or find some other way to keep your body moving (e.g..yoga, dancing)
