One year ago, the idea to start a subscription box was born. I had a vision to spread positivity, inspiration and self love to other women!

I struggled (and still do) with confidence, self esteem and body image. I used to be consumed with negative thoughts from my inner mean girl. I hated the way I looked. I told myself I wasn’t pretty, lovable or worthy. I had no clue what loving myself meant.

I have spent years making myself a priority. I’ve learned how my mind works and I’ve figured out how to change my thought process and redirect my inner voice when she is being a bitch. I now look in the mirror and am amazed by what my body has provided me over the last 30 years.

Learning to accept and love myself wasn’t an easy process and it takes continued work EVERY single day. I journal, I have affirmations everywhere, I go to therapy, I read, and I talk nicely to myself.

When I started on my personal growth journey I felt lost and alone. I created Passion & Growth so that other women have support and tools to to help guide them on their own journey to self discovery.
