Self-care Ideas for the Holidays

The holidays are here again! Whether you’re spending them with friends and family, your significant other, or just Netflix, they can be a very stressful time. It’s important to take the time to practice self-care during this busy season. After all, you’ll need that energy for all of the delicious food and drinks! Here are some ideas on how you can make sure to take care of yourself this holiday season.

1. Make a list of all the things you want to do or buy for yourself this holiday season
2. Spend some time by yourself, doing whatever you enjoy
3. Put on your favorite music and dance around the house – it’s okay if no one is watching!
4. Get dressed up and go out with friends to have a fancy dinner or take a walk in the park
5. Take care of your body by getting enough sleep, eating healthy foods, and drinking lots of water
6. Turn off your phone for an hour each day so you can focus on something else besides work

The holiday season can be tough on our mental health, body, and relationships.
