I have met various women who don’t want to slow down and take a break because they feel like it’s “unproductive.” They have this nagging feeling that they always want to be busy or do something, anything.

While I know for a fact that rest boosts productivity, I also believe that self-care looks different to everyone. For some, they find relaxation while creating something beautiful and engaging in activities that allow their creativity to flourish. I find working on a project or making something functional therapeutic too! That’s why I came up with a list of arts, crafts, and DIY projects that you can try to boost your well-being.
