How to Use Positive Affirmations

Do you practice self-love by using positive affirmations about yourself? In stressful times like now, we all need a little bit more positivity and love in our lives. There are so many beautiful humans out there, who are isolating themselves & they are completely alone. Focusing on loving yourself has become more important than ever!

A positive affirmation opens the door. It‘s a way of taking responsibility for the path you’re on and believing that we actually do have the power to be in charge of the change that is coming. Of course only writing down these things won’t create change, because in the end it’s all about your behavior, actions and the actual thoughts going on in your mind – but they’re like a seed you planted into soil and if you water that seed frequently and use high quality soil, the seed will start to sprout.

Start by picking one phrase to say to yourself multiple times a day. Set an alarm and when it goes off repeat your phrase 10 times. Here’s a couple examples I have used!

I am worthy of respect
I am loved
It’s ok to be myself
I am enough
